HR Assistant/Administrator                            C£35K + - Central London

My client is looking for a strong and highly proactive HR Administrator who has previously worked, ideally within the  finance sector and truly enjoys the administrative side of working in Human Resources.  The role will be based in their London offices but over time there is the option of a ‘flexible working’ routine.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Providing an efficient and accurate first-class level of service to the business ensuring all queries are dealt with fast, efficiently and escalated when necessary
  • Administrative processing for all HR transactions including on boarding, absence monitoring, leavers, organisation charts, learning and development etc.
  • Monitoring of HR mailboxes, responding promptly to all enquiries.
  • Recruitment coordination across the group ranging from agency and candidate liaison, arranging interviews, collating/providing feedback and updating the recruitment system.
  • Actively supporting the key HR processes across the business, including annual compensation review, performance appraisals etc.
  • Ensuring all HR reports, files, documents and logs are accurate, up-to-date and produced in a timely manner.
  • Being an active contributor to allocated projects within the HR function and ensuring that actions are executed in a timely manner.

Skills required:

  • Strong IT Skills and the ability to utilise HR systems (ideally Workday) an advantage though training is given.
  • Understanding of good practice for maintaining security and integrity of people data
  • Some previous experience within HR, ideally within the Insurance or Finance sector
