Residential Conveyancing Secretary/Paralegal   to £24K Buckinghamshire

My client is a major legal practice with an enviable reputation and a passion for what they do and who they employ!  They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to provide typing and administrative support to a Senior executive and occasionally other fee earners as required.  A varied role combining the traditional support role (answering the telephone/taking messages, arranging appointments, producing completion statements arranging, sending and receiving e-mails, filing, photocopying, sending/receiving faxes) and a more admin based focus relating to conveyancing matters (dealing with clients, progressing cases, liaising with third parties, file maintenance etc)

The successful candidate will need to have strong secretarial skills including audio typing together with previous experience within the conveyancing sector.  A high standard of English grammar and spelling together with strong time management skills and the ability to deal sensitively with clients are all essential.
